We loved the friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms were clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The beds were super comfortable with quality bed linen. The hotel had a great spa and sauna, perfect for relaxing after a triathlon. The pool and playground area were a big hit with our nephew.
Nothing not to love.

Booking said it had 4 single beds and clean and tidy
No wine glasses. 4 single beds weren't made up Only 2 towels were put out on second day, other apparently were in the cupboard Spa cover very hard to ake off and on so put us off using it the second night which was disappointing. Needs a hook to hook to wall make it easier and safer. Apparently I should have requested 4 single beds on note part of booking system but from memory it only brought up the 4 single beds on the booking page.

Even the Napier airport was not so far. Stay there and enjoy your Napier weekend. Loved the pool.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or requests we had. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.- We appreciated the comfortable and well-equipped rooms, which had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.
The customer service was lacking, with the owner showing a sour demeanor and not being accommodating to our needs. it was a frustrating experience.

Enjoyed my stay, happy with the service, great area, do not think will be back to Napier for the same reasons but most enjoyible. THANK YOU.
No complaints other than the hot pool may have needed to be put down 2-5 degrees, was just a bit to hot.

When my group of friends and I were looking for a place to stay, we stumbled upon this motel. the location was perfect, just off the main highway and right by the door. We loved how convenient it was to access the expressway to Hastings, as well as the small shops nearby.
The only downside we experienced was the lack of variety in the facilities offered.

Everything we needed for our one night stay. Helpful information where to dine.
A little out of town but ok as we had our car and wanted to explore.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious and comfortable 4-star hotel. It was conveniently located just off the main highway, making it a perfect stopover for my journey. The service provided by the staff was impeccable - they were always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room amenities were top-notch, with quality linen and towels, a television, and Wi-Fi that worked flawlessly. The hotel also had a lovely swimming pool for some leisurely relaxation.
I would highly recommend this place to my friends.

During Christmas, we stayed at this hotel and we loved its location, which was close to popular tourist spots. the beds were comfortable, and housekeeping was prompt. We enjoyed the sauna and deck chairs by the pool.
The pool was unsatisfactory as it was not heated as advertised, so it was too cold to swim in. the room itself was small and lacked basic kitchen items.
